Welcome to Mindful Life Dorset.
I offer Mindfulness Courses in Dorset. Mindfulness enhances well-being, helps cope with stress and improves mood.
Mindfulness is defined as “paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgementally” (Jon Kabat-Zinn). Being mindful means bringing awareness to the many incredible aspects of our experience in each moment. So often we get lost in thought and miss our moments as they are unfolding. Joining an eight-week mindfulness course will support you in becoming more present in each moment of your life. The course will enable you to practice becoming more able to disengage from the chatter of the mind. Becoming more mindful will also increase your appreciation of enjoyable experiences and develop your ability to manage difficulties when these arise.

Mindfulness Course Dates
I am also looking forward to my next eight-week mindfulness group. This will take place 10am-12pm from Monday 16th September until 4th November, with a practice day 10am-4pm on 26th October. The course will take place in the village hall in the beautiful village of Gussage All Saints (BH21 5ET). Gussage All Saints is nestled in the Dorset countryside and accessible from Blandford, Shaftesbury, Wimborne, Verwood and the borders of Hampshire and Wiltshire.
