Welcome to Mindful Life Dorset.

I offer Mindfulness Courses in Dorset to enhance well-being, help cope with stress and improve mood.

Mindfulness is defined as “paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgementally” (Jon Kabat-Zinn). This means bringing our awareness to the many incredible aspects of our experience in each moment. It can be so easy to get lost in thought and miss our moments as they are unfolding… Joining an eight-week mindfulness course will support you in becoming more fully present in each moment of your life; more able to disengage from the chatter of the mind, increase your appreciation of enjoyable experiences and develop your ability to effectively manage difficulties when these arise.

Free Introduction To Mindfulness Session

I will be hosting free Introduction to Mindfulness sessions, 7-8pm on Monday 11th July and12th September 2022, in the village hall in Gussage All Saints, BH21 5ND. Joining this session will give you an opportunity to find out more about mindfulness and how cultivating our mindful awareness can enhance our well-being. Please contact me by emailing sarah@mindfullifedorset.co.uk if you would like to join.

I am so pleased to be offering the next eight-week mindfulness group in person, 7-9pm from 3rd October until 28th November, with a practice day 10am -4pm on Saturday 19th November.
