Welcome to Mindful Life Dorset.

Mindfulness is defined as “paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgementally” (Jon Kabat-Zinn).

Mindfulness can help us to be more present in each moment of our lives, enabling us to fully appreciate enjoyable experiences and cope better with the stresses of daily life. Joining an eight-week course will support you in cultivating your mindfulness practice and enhancing your well-being.

Courses run 7-9pm on Monday evenings at Sarpenela Natural Therapies Centre, Farnham, Dorset, DT11 8DG which is easily accessible from Blandford, Shaftesbury, Salisbury, Wimborne, Verwood, Ringwood, throughout Dorset and the borders of Hampshire and Wiltshire. Courses will usually start in February, May and September.

The next course will start on 4th February and run until 25th March 2019, with a practice day on 17th March.
